As our name suggests, members of the National Local Government Customer Service Network are predominantly Local Government Councils from across Australia.
We also have some private companies who have an interest in customer service and who may supply customer service software and/or hardware to Local Government.
The Network (as it's commonly referred to) exists to provide the means by which members can interact with one another and share experiences and ideas aimed at making their working life easier. This website is part of that initiative.
